India sends minister, governor to Khamenei funeral

India is sending a minister and a governor to attend the funeral of Iran's late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in Iran. Leaders from Pakistan, Russia, and China are also expected to attend. Indian politician Salman Khurshid confirmed he will represent the Congress party after receiving an invitation from Iran. The funeral draws high-level international delegations to Tehran.
