EU Parliament approves plan for migrant return hubs in third countries

The European Parliament has approved a plan to establish migrant 'return hubs' outside the European Union. These offshore centers would process migrants whose asylum claims have been rejected. Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni welcomed the parliamentary decision.
