Pistorius: Germany May Compel Soldiers to Serve in Lithuania Brigade

German Defense Minister Pistorius said that not all soldiers deployed to the Bundeswehr brigade in Lithuania will be volunteers, and that he is prepared to compel troops to serve there if necessary. The brigade is part of efforts to protect NATO's eastern flank. Pistorius also expressed doubts about Germany's willingness to defend itself.
