EU Parliament votes to lift immunity of Vilimsky, retains Niebler's

The European Parliament voted to lift the immunity of Austrian MEP Harald Vilimsky, while German MEP Angelika Niebler retained hers. Niebler, a CSU politician, faced fraud allegations but the investigation was dropped and her immunity was not revoked.
