North Korean leader exchanges messages with Putin and hosts Belarusian president

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un sent a telegram and letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin, thanking him for congratulations on his re-election. Separately, Kim hosted Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in North Korea with a formal welcome, where the two leaders, both allies of Russia, signed a friendship treaty.
