South Korea's Lee Urges US to Resume North Korea Dialogue

South Korean President Lee vowed efforts to help swiftly resume dialogue between the United States and North Korea. He said South Korea and the US are open to engaging North Korea on a phased approach to denuclearization. Lee also urged the US to ease North Korea sanctions to freeze its nuclear programs. Japan, the US, and South Korea discussed North Korea nuclear issues.
