Platts announces multiple changes to energy and carbon credit assessments

Platts, a major commodity pricing agency, is making several adjustments to its assessment methodologies and offerings. The changes include corrections to natural gas indexes, amendments to European volume calculations, and the launch of new price assessments for Australian renewable energy and Southeast Asian carbon credits. The company is also proposing to discontinue some hydro assessments in India while updating project types for others in Vietnam.
