Pemex and Petrobras Sign Cooperation Agreement on Oil and Refining

Mexican state oil company Pemex and Brazilian state oil company Petrobras have signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate on exploration, production, and refining. The deal aims to allow Petrobras to access Mexico's deepwater pre-salt fields in the Gulf of Mexico.
