Ukraine's leader says EU linking funds to Russian pipeline is blackmail

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accused European Union allies of blackmail. He said they are pressuring Ukraine to reopen a Russian oil pipeline called Druzhba by tying the release of EU funds to that demand.
