Trump and Rubio Discuss Ukraine Drone Attacks on US-Linked Ships

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Ukraine has attacked ships linked to the United States, warning "we can't have that happening," though he added that Ukraine probably did not actively target US-linked oil. President Donald Trump said Washington and Kyiv will discuss the possibility of producing Patriot systems in Ukraine, and he reaffirmed optimism about a Ukraine deal. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he hopes the war can end by winter. Trump also called for finding a way to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.
