Russia accuses Britain of hostile actions and expels diplomat

Russia has expelled a British diplomat, accusing the UK of spying and involvement in a Ukrainian missile strike on the Russian city of Bryansk. The Kremlin also called Britain's detention of Russian vessels a hostile act and vowed a response. Meanwhile, Russia's ambassador to the UK denied Kremlin involvement in the poisoning of opposition figure Alexei Navalny.
