Uber is forming multiple partnerships to launch driverless taxi services in different cities. The company is teaming up with Nissan and UK startup Wayve to offer robotaxis in Tokyo, and with Pony.ai and Verne to launch Europe's first commercial robotaxi service in Zagreb, Croatia. Uber is also reportedly planning to buy vehicles from Rivian for a driverless taxi fleet.
