Fico Urges EU to End Russophobia and Restore Diplomacy with Russia

Slovak Prime Minister Fico called on the European Union to stop demonizing and pushing Russia out of Europe, saying the bloc needs more diplomacy. He sharply criticized Europe's decision on Ukraine and described EU support for the conflict there as a strategic mistake. Fico also said security and peace in Europe are impossible without Russia, and he attributed a journalist's question about the killing of Russians to Russophobia.
