Ukraine to Build Patriot Missiles After Trump Talks

In late July 2026, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that U.S. President Donald Trump agreed to grant licenses for Ukraine to produce Patriot missile systems domestically. Zelensky described the talks as "good" and said Ukraine needs the anti-ballistic systems and missiles before winter, warning of a "massive" Russian attack.
