Lula and Trump plan to meet and discuss their relationship

Brazilian President Lula and President Donald Trump are planning to have a face-to-face conversation. Lula has said they will discuss their relationship but will not talk about issues of national sovereignty.

Separately, a group used a Brazilian national team jersey to protest against Lula during a parade at the Sapucaí sambadrome. Another parade is reportedly being planned that would feature representations of Lula, Trump, former Brazilian presidents Collor and Bolsonaro.
