Iranian military commanders killed in strikes, Israel says

Israel says it carried out strikes that killed senior commanders from Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The targets reportedly included Alireza Tangsiri, the IRGC's navy chief, and spokesman Ali Mohammad Naini. Iran has confirmed the death of its spokesman but has not yet commented on the reported death of its navy commander.

Separately, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar said he convinced six other countries to formally designate the IRGC as a terrorist organization. This diplomatic move is not directly linked to the reported military strikes.
