Israeli forces opened fire on a family's car in the occupied West Bank, killing four people, including a couple and two children. The Israeli police stated the vehicle sped toward troops, while some reports quoted soldiers using dehumanizing language. Concurrently, a wave of Israeli settler violence was reported across at least 13 West Bank villages, involving arson, property destruction, and raids. Settler attacks killed at least three Palestinians, and one Palestinian man reported being sexually assaulted by settlers during a raid. The Israeli military launched an investigation into some of these incidents, with an official warning that such violence harms Israel's security.

In Gaza, Israeli airstrikes killed at least 16 Palestinians, marking the deadliest attacks in weeks and violating a truce. Separate strikes killed at least 13 others, including children and a pregnant woman. The Gaza Health Ministry reported the civilian death toll since October has passed 650. This is reported as the first Iranian attack resulting in Palestinian fatalities in the West Bank. Another Iranian missile struck Jerusalem, with its warhead landing near the Al-Aqsa Mosque during Eid al-Fitr, as police forcibly prevented prayers at the site. The Israeli military stated it expanded its attacks, targeting over 130 sites in Iran and claiming to have destroyed an underground bunker linked to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. Israeli strikes also targeted Hezbollah facilities in Beirut, killing a senior Palestinian Islamic Jihad commander.
